The annual Doggies Day Out returns to Whiteman Park on Sunday, October 14.
Park manager Steve Lowe said the 10am-3pm event was about including the family pet in a fun day out.
“Doggies Day Out lets our visitors celebrate the four-legged members of their family and spoil them with all sorts of pet-related products,” he said.
“Since 2011, it has grown in popularity with a record 8000 people and their dogs attending last year.”
There will be free dog-themed activities and more than 40 pet-related stalls, including event sponsor Swan Valley Vet and its Dog’s Breakfast Cafe and photographer Alex Cearns, of Houndstooth Studio.
Dogs must be on a lead.
