Great over the phone support

I had difficulties lighting the pilot light and putting the cover back on the unit. One of the buttons stuck. I spoke to Neil on the phone who happily assisted me with instructions and advice in order to save me money. It might appear simple but I was becoming frustrated and I appreciated his patience, time and clear instructions. And I had success!! Thank you Neil.
